摘要
The Food Technology Commercial Space Center (FTCSC) will develop foods and food processing technologies suitable for space travel and for commercial terrestrial markets. Commercial companies will be the primary developers of the products and technologies, and the marketers to the consumer market or food industry. The FTCSC will facilitate the interaction between NASA and food companies.
