摘要：
Developing physical education at colleges and universities not only promotes the development of college students' physical and psychological health but also cultivates more reserve talent for the development of Chinese sports career. Athletic training is such a kind of important content of physical education that corresponding athletic training has been carried out at all Chinese colleges and universities. How to promote the efficiency of the athletic training is a key task that workers of physical education face with at present. This thesis mainly directs at problems related to college students' athletic training to implement simple analyses.
