摘要
By using AIM/Material model, which is the computable general equilibrium model with material flow, CO2 reduction and solid waste management policies can be assessed. Although the environmental constraints on both CO2 reduction and final disposal reduction will bring about 2% of GDP loss in 2010, the appropriate recycling activities will make this GDP loss half. The enhancement of the recycling activities promotes the activities related with the waste reuse. Copyright (C) 2001 IFAC.
