摘要：
Microcalorimeter and TEM analyses reflect growth of rolling induced Al nanocrystals in shear bands of amorphous Al88Y7Fe5 alloys at 60 degrees C as well as a lowering of the crystallization onset temperature of cold rolled samples. Deformation induced Al nanocrystals moreover differ from thermally induced Al nanocrystals in their prolate morphology and the presence of dislocations in some nanocrystals.
