摘要
In the near wall region of a turbulent natural convection boundary layer in air along a vertical plate, the velocity-pressure gradient correlation plays an important role in turbulent energy production and thermal energy is directly converted into kinetic energy through this correlation. Existing turbulence models can never represent such behavior. In the present study a new turbulence model of the velocity-pressure gradient correlation for thermally driven flour is proposed by taking account of the occurrence of pressure fluctuations due to temperature fluctuations and its verification is made in comparison with experimental data.
