MEG and 3D Digitization Co-registration of Head Using 3D Hough Transform

摘要
In this paper, we use the 3D Generalized Hough Transform (GHT) image processing to co-register the coordinate systems of MEG and 3D digitization of a head automatically and the results can align MEG data and digitizer data accurately and efficiently. The image processing algorithm is based on 3D GHT that is used to detect arbitrary shapes in 3D images. We improve the GHT to co-register the MEG data and digitizer data. The advantage is to make better time and manpower consuming for the process of analysis of the brain activity. Several experimental results are included to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.
