摘要
This is a new era of globalized digital knowledge innovation, which requires that teaching and learning need to find innovative point. Network teaching is undoubtedly one of the most efficient means. This paper analyzes the concept of the online course construction and its mode, and further discusses the design and implementation of the online courses.
