摘要：
The interest in the digital image watermarking rises rapidly each year. This paper describes the influence of singular value decomposition (SVD) on digital watermarking systems which work in the frequency domain. A new watermarking scheme is introduced. The scheme is based on the well-known watermarking scheme, which uses the discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The proposed method has been tested on one hundred different images. Eighty nine attacks has been tested on each of the image. The significant results obtained of the proposed method are given inside this paper.
