Study on the Relationship between Job Stress and Turnover Intention of the New Employees of Chinese Star Hotels -Perceived Organizational Support as a Moderator

摘要
This study surveyed 500 new employees of high-star hotels in Tianjin and found that the three variables which are job stress, turnover intention and perceived organizational support of the new employees of high-star hotels in Tianjin are highly correlated. Based on the relationship among the three variables, several suggestions are put forward to reduce the job stress and turnover rates of the new employees of Chinese star hotels.
