摘要
In this study, the interaction between resistance and phenolic compounds was investigated in the cultivars determinated as susceptible or resistant to fire blight caused by Erwinia amylovora. With this purpose, susceptible cultivars such as Akca, Erkenci Cengici, Kokulu Parsa, Hidira and resistant cultivars such as Keklik Ayagi, Eksi Sulu, Kieffer were tested. Tannins were analyzed by spectrofotometric method. The other phenolic compounds were investigated by thin layer chromatography. As a result of the analysis, although there was no difference in relation to tannins, some differences were found in the number, intensity and distribution of other phenolic compounds between resistant and susceptible cultivars. In infected leaves of susceptible Akca cultivar, the amount of tannin and the other phenolic compounds were determinated as below.
