摘要：
The relationship between demand and supply of international dry-bulk shipping market was analyzed. The important traditional factors of dry-bulk shipping market were taken out, such as supply of the market, world trade volume, cost of the operation and the price of oil and so forth. The hypothesis that BDI is the factor which affected the freight rate had been tested and an ECM has been set up with the other factors but BDI. In the end, the model for forecasting has been found.
