摘要
The relationship between managers and employees in the coal mine safety management are researched. The symbiotic essence of the relationship between managers and employees as well as the existing relationship issues between the two sides is analyzed. Basing on the analysis of the existing relationship between them, the ecological relationship between managers and employees is defined from the view point of ecology. The objective existence of the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees are demonstrated. At last, the functions of the Symbiotic Relationship between Managers and Employees are expounded.The existing contradictions problem can be effectively improved when the symbiotic relationship between the two can be properly understood and valued in order to weaken the inhibition on coal mine safety production of not harmonious staff relations.
