摘要
The main objective of this paper is the evaluation of the performance of the companies in the metallurgical industry, with the help of innovative evaluation methods, of which efficiency and accuracy is superior to the traditional methods used until the present. In order to observe some leading objectives, on entity needs a strategic management able to guarantee performances which are to create value superior to that of the competitors, so that this might be sustainable in time The studies that have been done so far have shown that no indicator can offer the possibility to have a clear vision of the performances and to identify and administrate the domains that are most critical and have the greatest impact on the business. These premises hove stood at the basis of this work, the authors have proposed a study of the Balance Scorecord (BS) and of the key performance indicators (KIPs).
