摘要：
The flight data recorder is a very important component to maintain an aeroplane. A quick, accurate, convenient and reliable automatic test system is the key guarantee to make the flight data recorder work well, A kind of flight data recorder is introduced in this paper and according to its characters the structure scheme of its ATE system is designed. This ATE system bases on the most popular and promising VXI bus system, uses expert system (ES) as a fault diagnosis method. It has a good diagnostic performance and compatibility and also is easy to upgrade.
