Effective results on representations of quadratic forms

In [7], it is proved that if f is a positive definite integral quadratic forms of m greater than or equal to 2n + 3 variables, then there is a constant c = c(f) such that f represents any quadratic form g of n variables provided that min(g) > c and g --> gen(f). In this article, we derive explicit estimates on the constant c(f) for n greater than or equal to 2.
