摘要
Under low carbon development circumstance, quick computing city's carbon dioxide (CO2) emission scale and its spatial distribution is an essential precondition for low carbon development strategies. Inventory methods proposed by IPCC are practical methods in computing the whole city's CO2 emission. But it's generally not applies to smaller space scale because of the unavailable data collection. Taking Chongqing city as an example, this paper try to computing the whole city and its nine municipal districts' carbon emission scale by IPCC's inventory methods, and then to estimate smaller space scale's CO2 intensity by remote sensing inversion to support the differential low carbon development strategies making for the city.
