CL and EL properties of blue-emitting SrGa2S4:Ce thin films prepared by multi-source deposition

摘要
SrGa2S4:Ce films for blue-emitting thin-film EL devices have been prepared by multi-source deposition. It is found that when Ga2S3 evaporates from the source, it decomposes into GaS and S-2. Therefore, reactions between Sr, GaS and S-2 should be considered in the deposition process. It was found that the formation of SrGa2S4, SrS or GaS depends strongly on the substrate temperature and Ga2S3/Sr. The SrGa2S4:Ce him showing blue luminescence was deposited at a substrate temperature of 450 degrees C and the flux ratio > 40.
