摘要
With the development of vocational education, demand for teachers have become increasingly, "double-qualified teachers" in vocational colleges are playing an increasing role, becoming an important teachers team. This paper analysis the meaning of "double-qualified teachers" firstly, then discusses the importance of "double-qualified teachers" on improving the students' abilities and the construction of the vocational colleges, at last proposes the methods to strengthen the construction of teachers.
