Research on financing internal barriers and countermeasures of SME

The fund shortage becomes one of the most severe problems which restrict the development of Chinese Small and medium-sized enterprises(SME). To strengthen the financing ability of SME, we think that one of feasible ways to solve the inside and outside conflict in financing process depends on the self-perfection of SME and expedite finance channel. This article chooses the interior factors to take steps the analysis, emphasize particularly on the financial control, credit promotion, social service, developmental strategy to analyze how to improve the financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises. After analyzing the financing internal barrier of SME, this article points out the following measures: Perfects the financial management system of SME, enhances the confidence level and the transparency of the finance data; Promotes the entrepreneurs to raise and make good use of the fund; Strengthens credit conception, enhances the credit rank; Exerts government financing bridge role, reduces the bank and enterprise's transaction cost; Depends on the specialized production colony to realize the enterprise mutually guarantee, the unimpeded financing channel; Lucubrates the national industrial policy; Implements opening strategy, attracts the foreign capital.
