Analysis and Countermeasures to the Financing of SME in China

Since the adoption of China's opening and reform policies, China's small and medium-sized sized enterprises have experienced a long-term growth and already become an important part of national economy and a main force to support its rapid and continuous growth. However, for a long time, the sources from which the small and medium-sized enterprises can get the capital for development can not match with the important role they played in the national economy, so how to solve the problem that it's difficult for the small and medium-sized enterprises to finance has been a very important issue which is concerned by the government, corporations and the scholars. The financing bottlenecks may be caused by either internal reasons or external ones. Hence combining government regulation with self-regulation is effective assurance for the healthy development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
