摘要
This work presents a shaded light trapping solar module. The light trapping structures is disposed in the encapsulation structure located on the ribbon connectors in a cavity region between packaging material EVA and ribbon connector. The bus-bar shadow can be improved by a light trapping cavity related to internal total reflection of optical sheet.
