Fuzzy-approximation-based adaptive control design of pure-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems

摘要
This paper considers the problem of fuzzy-approximation-based adaptive control for a class of nonlinear stochastic systems with pure-feedback structure. Based on the fuzzy logic systems' universal approximation capability, an adaptive fuzzy controller is constructed via backstepping. The proposed controller guarantees that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded in probability. Compared with the conventional adaptive fuzzy control scheme, the proposed controller is more simple, and only one adaptive parameter needs to be estimated online for nth-order systems. Simulation example further demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed control scheme.
