摘要
The maritime casualties lead to loss of life, property and environmental pollution. The possibility of large amount of loss of life will be increased in case of passenger ship casualty especially. To reduce loss of life, therefore, evacuation analysis is very import in ship design stage. This paper presents development of intelligent ship evacuation model, which can solve problems caused by complex configuration and motion of ship. It consists of general features of evacuation models, dynamics model, and intelligent human behaviour model. All these features of the evacuation model can be summarized as "the integration of intelligent human behaviour model and dynamics model". (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
