摘要
Kanban has been widely used in all walks of life, all forms of Kanban effectively "express" a variety of information, but at home and abroad, the relevant research literature for this "brief" form of definition and description of the general theory are not more. This article try to establish the conceptual model, structural model of set and puzzles for Kanban from the definition and description of the general theory of Kan ban information structure, and summarize the basic principles of Kanban information display, establish the theoretical basis of analysis, design and management for Kanban.
