摘要
this paper is part of the Zachman is one of the methods of Enterprise Architecture Framework, which provides knowledge of the steps of development of the sales with a systematic architecture. With this framework the framework is able to know the columns based on columns in the Zachman framework. The results of this study in the form of system design that will facilitate the development system. Using value chain analysis to identify the value chain stages in which a company can increase value for customers or to lower costs. Decrease in cost or increase in added value (Value added) can make the company more competitive. Corporate value-generating activities within a company can be grouped into Primary Activities and Supporting Activities. The information system designed using Zachman Framework that can provide complex processes according to the instructions and clear steps. The framework areas within Zachman include the planner perspective, the owner's perspective and the perspective of the mapped designer. In this framework will eventually generate a data architecture that is designed in the form of entity relationship diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and use cases, technology architectures as well interface design for the interface of the information system created.
