摘要：
This paper used empirical research to discuss the contribution non-state-owned investment made to regional economic and its importance. The conclusion, from DEA analysis on non-state-owned investment in Zhejiang from 2006 to 2011, reveals that non-state-owned investment is more efficient than state-owned investment, indicating that the former played an important role in regional economic. When it comes to the polices involving enlargement of non-state-owned investment fields, our conclusion is of reference value.
