摘要
Within the context of Holland's theory we expected that growth or achievement of college students-in terms of changes in selected abilities and interests-would be a function of the congruence or fit between their individual personality types and their academic environments. Our expectations were met for Artistic, Investigative, and Enterprising, but not for Social personality types.
