摘要
Proposals have been developed and recommendations have been provided on the most probable rational use of technical domestic raw material upon its processing into marketable products with a high added value. For successful implementation of the proposed projects, it is important to correctly assess the opportunities of governmental support of the developed design engineering and procedural institutional measures on creation of commercially attractive industrial complexes for the recovery of pyrite cinders and copper smelting wastes. The industrial problems can be solved, since favorable conditions are available in Russia for constructive solution of the challenging problem of rational use of metal-containing technical raw materials.
