摘要：
This investigation concerns the estimation of selected use properties of terry woven fabrics destined for towels. The aim of this investigation was to find out how the level of two, usability features, the water sorption ability and the handle, depends on the kind of raw material, the woven fabric structure and the fabric finish. 10 kinds of terry woven fabrics with classical three-weft weaves were investigated. The estimation was carried out on the basis of elaborated radial diagrams of the terry fabrics' determined parameters.
