摘要：
Considering these four factors: related technology(RT), design of management system for internet of things technology(DST), the realization of management system of internet of things technology(RST), and public service function of internet of things technology(PFT), we theoretically investigate the application of internet of things technology(ITT) in the management of public facilities. We obtain the weighted proportion of the above-mentioned four factors, as well as the evaluation of the application effect of ITT.
