摘要
The cross-cultural factor stability of a new coronary-prone behaviour questionnaire (FABA) was examined in 799 East German (GDR) male and female subjects (including hospitalised heart disease patients, students and healthy employed subjects), 302 Glasgow employed subjects and 232 Glasgow students. VARIMAX rotation produced four factors common to both countries: Work Obsession (WO) and Reactive Uncontrol (RU), along with two further factors, named Planning Needs (PN) and Dominance/Competition (DC). The results from previous validational studies were replicated. A factor of Self-Discipline/Commitment (SDC) appeared to be relevant in the employee samples of both countries, and not in students.
