Effect of tetranortriterpenoids (neem product SDS) and deltamethrin (pyrethroid) on phosphomonoesterases activity in Cyprinus carpio (common carp)

摘要：
Tetranortriterpenoids (neem product SDS) and deltamethrin (pyrethroid) were tested in Cypinus carpio (common carp), and enzyme inhibition under the effect of these insecticides has been determined. The inhibition of acid phosphatase caused by the SDS and deltamethrin in alive and dead fishes were found to be 31.19%, 64.70% and 28.85%, 57.70% respectively. The alkaline phosphatase inhibitions by these compounds in alive and dead fishes were found to be 32.06%, 70.50% and 35.36%; 65.92% respectively.
