摘要：
New thiazoles, substituted at C-2 with p-(arylsulphonyl)phenyl groups and at C-4 with chloromethyl-, morpholinomethyl- and formyl groups, were synthesized starting from a series of p-(arylsulphonyl)thiobenzamides. The new compounds (with potential biological activity) were fully characterized through elemental analysis and spectral data (IR-; UV-; H-1-NMR; C-13-NMR).
