At present, both at home and abroad are actively promoting the rapid development and wide application of green energy saving and clean energy technology. The power consumption of motor system accounts for the vast majority of the power consumption in our country, so the application research on the AC (atternating current) speed regulation soft switch inverse system has been one of the research hotspots. In order to improve and solve the practical application problems of ADRPI (Auxiliary diode resonant pole inverter) soft-switching inverters, such as zero-voltage measurement method and error analysis, this paper takes ADRPI soft-switching inverters as the research object. The research is based on the analysis of their topology and working principle, especially on the comparison and analysis of many problems in the practical application of current commonly used zero-voltage detection circuits. In this way, the paper not only studies the selection of important devices, the design and improvement of main circuits in the zero-voltage detection circuit of ADRPI soft-switching inverters, but also puts forward a new practical detection method, which makes a comparative analysis of the errors between the new and the old detection methods. In this way, not only can the error caused by dead-time of amplifier be eliminated effectively, but also the measurement accuracy can be greatly improved, which lays a solid foundation for realising the soft-switching of ADRPI soft-switching inverters and further practical application.
