摘要
This paper provides study on Delta's SCARA industrial automation robot. Assembly automation using robots has proven to be very successful. Modern trends that affect manufacturing include short commodity cycles, small volumes and large variety of order which can be solved using SCARA robot. At the point when coordinated with control unit and other periphery gadgets, for example, electrical, purchaser hardware, plastic and elastic. It fulfills the necessities for both single devices and workstation applications and empowers modularized generation lines and multi-items creation with reliably great standard. The paper focuses on the study of SCARA robot and outlines the possibilities of use of SCARA robot. The paper tellsus on the pick and place operation of SCARA robot in industrial automation and offers comparison of SCARA robot with Cartesian robots for better understanding ofindustry operations.
