摘要：

The article discusses the main stages of vineyard breeding and grape wine production in the Crimea in the XVIII-XIX centuries. The historical events that influenced the formation of the wine industry in the Crimea in Sudak and Sudak valleys are displayed. The significance of the Sudak School of Viticulture and Winemaking in the development of viticulture of the Sudak region and the Crimea as a whole is reflected.
