摘要
Objective: Systematic review of psychosocial interventions for high-risk family members with mental health problems in highly developed industrialized countries. Methods: Systematic search in electronic databases as well as manual search for intervention studies. Results: Interventions were effective in significantly reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety and strengthening social skills. Conclusion: Backing in situations of distress, as well as elements of selective primary and secondary psychosocial prevention, has temporary effectiveness among high-risk group members.
