摘要
The study discusses the problem of forecasting the human resources potential of the regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account the flows of vocational school students. The purpose of the study is to develop mechanisms to improve the efficiency of management of the processes of formation and use of labor resources in the economy, education system, labor and employment in the regions of the Russian Federation. The study was carried out using methods of mathematical and computer modeling. The database for numerical experiments was compiled by the services of the Federal State Statistics Service. Computer modeling was implemented in Python. The software implementation and results of the numerical experiment were posted on the GitHub Gist service.
