摘要
This paper presents the design of laboratory test bench for simulation of exposure to whole -body vibration. At the test bench is planned to perform studies on the effects of low frequency vibration on the musculoskeletal system and psychomotor functions of employees. Test results of the studies will be used in developing solutions to reduce the vibration occupational risk. The test bench is based on a system of vibration generation made by IMV. One of the main elements of the test bench is a developed test seat, which is a structure comprising a mounting system and equipment in the form of the steering wheel and pedals set of vehicles. The main goal in designing the test seat was to ensure during the test the correct position of the subject of 160 - 190 cm height. In order to provide increased strength and rigidity the seat attachment system have been developed in the form of a welded cage structure. Shapes and sections of aluminum alloys provided a much lower weight compared with steel elements. In order to determine the possible effect of resonant vibration, test studies with a frequency response at 9 selected measuring points were performed. During the tests, horizontal lateral vibration had acted on the seat. The research has identified the frequency at which there is an amplification / attenuation of the signal. On the basis of these results, it was found that the developed test seat ensures interference-free vibration test signal throughout the frequency range used in the study ie. from 1 Hz to 30 Hz, without load and with a typical load of a person with a mass of 80 kg.
