摘要：

In this paper a PLL-based and programmable 24GHz signal source is presented which has been developed with a low cost RF chipset from Analog Devices as a bachelor thesis work. The RF-frontend and the programming module designs are shown and the measurement results are compared with the specifications in the datasheets.
