摘要
Oil offshore installations, hydrocarbon (gas) explosion and fire are the two most important hazardous events which Cause the highest potential risk. Within the framework of quantified risk assessment and management for offshore installations, therefore, more refined computations of consequences or hazardous action effects clue to both explosion and fire are required. While the action characteristic,, must be first identified prior to the consequence analysis, the objective of the present paper is to develop a modeling technique of CFD simulations on hydrocarbon explosion and fire actions. The results Of the present paper are part of Phase I in association with the joint industry project oil explosion and fire engineering of FPSOs (EFEF JIP) which is composed of three Phases.
