The comprehensive environment evaluation of real estate based on the theory of uncertainty

摘要
Based on the analysis of investment environment of real estate, this paper sets up multi-level uncertainty measure model, and then applies the model into the evaluation of real estate investment environment, thus realizing the integration of structure and nonstructure decision making. In the process of calculation, the classifying weights of the second level indexes are fixed by the theory of information entropy and the importance weights of the first level indexes are gotten by AHM. According to sequence in dividing the evaluating space, the rule of the incredible recognition is introduced making evaluating result reasonable. Finally we use an example to show the model is feasible and reasonable.
