摘要：

Sports education is the school education is an important part of college students to the physical knowledge, theory and practice of education. Take an active part in physical exercise can not only improve health, still can adjust mental activities and promote the healthy development of psychology. This study through the sports activities on college students' psychological quality training and training, the development of college students' physical quality at the same time, make its psychological quality also reached an appropriate level, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of college students.
