Complex zirconium orthophosphates of general formula M(x)Zr(2.25-0.25x)(PO4)(3) with various ratios of potassium and zirconium and rubidium and zirconium were prepared. Concentration and temperature ranges of the NZP structure for both groups of phosphates were determined using physicochemical analytical methods (X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and differential thermal analysis). The influence of preparation methods on crystallographic parameters of phosphates with the composition MZr(2)(PO4)(3) (x = 1) was studied. Thermal stability of the compounds was studied as a function of the parameter x.
