Approaching low rate Shannon limit using concatenated Hadamard codes

摘要
A family of concatenated Hadamard codes is presented, which have performances close to the low rate Shannon limit. A BER of similar to 10(-5) at an E-b/N-0 similar or equal to -1.15dB has been observed using an interleaver length of 60000.
