摘要
The evaluation indices of E-commerce reputation is presented in this paper, and build up the fuzzy neural network (FAIN) model to estimate the sellers' reputation. The evaluation indices are turned into quantities as the input of neural network, experts' evaluating values as the expectation output. Then the evaluating result can be achieved through the network training, finally giving a simulation, and it is consistent with the actual result.
