摘要：

"Cloud computing" has a profound impact on information service mode of the library in its great advantage. Personalized information service of the library still exist many obstacles at present, but personalized information service of the library based on cloud computing environment has many advantages. The construction of library portal platform for personalized service, the help service of the implementation of information search, the service of information intelligent agent, providing both service of construction of personal digital library and personalized service terminal equipment and so on, are all important means in cloud computing environment of library personalized information service. At the same time, introducing cloud computing into libraries, creating their own "cloud Librarians", proceeding to study and solving the legal issues and the protection of privacies are all urgent solutions for cloud computing environment to face in order to carry out personalized information services.
