摘要：

This article discusses the meaning of Personalized Library Services and explores the inevitability and gradualness of personalized library service's development. By comparing some major library systems at home and abroad, This article analyzes the present situation of the application of library systems and the problems existing there in. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures for their further development. This paper concisely explains the implication, the traditional and modern patterns of the library individuation services,analyzes the present situation of university libraries in providing personalized information service under the network environment,and makes some suggestions to improve it.
