摘要
The paper summarizes a number of recent application domains (ADs) for large-scale multiagent systems (LSMASs) including the Industry 4.0, cooperative intelligent transport systems (C-ITSs), smart grids, smart cities, virtual & augmented reality (VAR) and electronic sports (eSports). These ADs intentionally overlap to show some of the basic building blocks of modern large scale applications - organization, cooperation, competition, robustness and (collective) intelligence. Benefits of using organization-centred LSMASs are outlined and a discussion is provided.
