How Dynamic Capabilities Affect the Value Chain of industry innovation -Research on the Mediating Effect Based on Knowledge Collaboration

As the pillar industry of the national economy in the new era, the manufacturing industry is facing a new round of industrial revolution, driven by knowledge and innovation. This paper, taking knowledge collaboration as a mediating variable, constructs the theoretical model about the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of enterprises and the innovation value chain. Based on the 228 valid questionnaires, this study makes an empirical research on the manufacturing enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. The results show that the two dimensions of corporate dynamic capabilities-internal integration capabilities and external coordination capabilities-have a significantly positive impact on knowledge collaboration and value chain of industry innovation, with the latter having a greater impact than the former. Besides, the results also show that knowledge collaboration plays a partial intermediary role between the dynamic capabilities of enterprises and innovation value chain.
